grease curing compounds and other foreign matter by sandblasting, shot blasting,
dust free grinding, or other mechanical abrasion method. Remove water and dust
from all surfaces with an oil-free blast immediately prior to application.
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
Mix equal volumes of Components A and B. Thoroughly mix for
at least 3 minutes with an Epoxy.com Mixing Paddle (or equivalent) and a
low-speed drill (300-600 rpm). Large volumes should be mixed by mechanical
means. Material should be a minimum of 60 F (16 C), before mixing.
APPLICATION
Epoxy Mortar: Prime surface with premixed (no
sand). Allow 15 minutes at 70 F (21 C) to lapse and apply epoxy mortar with
trowel or screed. Add three parts Product #75, or Product #76 Filler to premixed
Components A & B with a ½ inch low speed drill equipped with an
Epoxy.com Mixing Paddle, or equivalent. Large quantities may be mixed in
cement mortar type mixer. For vertical and overhead applications, use Product

or mixed with sand as required. Apply with shove or other suitable tools. For
fine hairline cracks, create a "V" shaped reservoir and pour into the
crack. For vertical cracks and structural cracks, install injection ports with
Epoxy.com Product 5, or Product 6, and pump in Epoxy.com Product
#302, or #303 (according to size of crack) with an injection system approved by
EpoxySystems, Inc..
COVERAGE
Mortar: 2.9 gallons (10.98 1) of Product #16
are required for 1 cubic foot (0.028 cu. m.) of mortar at 1:3 Product #16 resin
to aggregate (Product #75 or Product #76) ratio by loose volume.
Wearing Surface: First coat: 80-100 sq. ft./G (7.4-9.2 m2/G).
Approximately 3 lbs. per sq. yd. of aggregate. Second coat:30-50 sq. ft. per
gallon (2.79-4.65 (1.36 kg) /.0929 m2). Apply approximately 6 lbs. (2.72 kg) per
square yard of aggregate.
LIMITATIONS
