DESCRIPTION:

Epoxy.com Product #22 Pourable and Pumpable Epoxy Mortar is a moisture insensitive, two-component, 100% solids epoxy resin. This material is specifically designed for use with the Epoxy.com Fiberglass Systems & Shapes. Product #22 Pourable and Pumpable Mortar can also be used as self-leveling flooring. It has a long potlife for easy pumping and exhibits exceptional flow.

SURFACE PREPARATION

For best results, areas to receive the Epoxy.com Product #22 Pourable and Pumpable Epoxy Grout should be free of laitance. Grease, oil or other contaminants that would inhibit bond.  See www.epoxy.com/surfaceprep.aspx for detailed surface preparation recommendations

MIXING:

Combine (2) two gallons A Component with one (1) gallon B Component, mix with a low speed drill andEpoxy.com -Mixing Paddle for two minutes. Add (3) 50 lb. bags of the C Component. Mix until uniform. Scrape sides and bottom to ensure thorough mixing. Pump or pour immediately after mixing. If greater flow is required, use less filler.

APPLICATION:

Apply when ambient temperatures are 40F and above. Pump or pour Epoxy.com Product #22 Pourable and Pumpable Epoxy Grout into wet or dry annular void between a jacket or form and the existing structure.  is easily pumped with a progressive cavity pump. For higher flow, the amount of C component can be decreased to two (2) bags for 3 gallons of mixed epoxy.

COVERAGE:

3 gallons of mixed Epoxy.com Product #22 Pourable and Pumpable Epoxy Grout with (3) 50 pound bags of C component will yield approximately +/- 2,400 cubic inches (39.3 liters) of grout. Using less C component will increase the flow and lower the yield.

PACKAGING

Epoxy.com Product #22 Pourable and Pumpable Epoxy Grout is available in 3 gallon units (2 gallons A Component, 1 gallon B Component plus (3) 50 lb. bags C Component) or a 15 gallon unit (10 gallons A Component, 5 gallons B Component plus (15) 50 lb. bags C Component).

LIMITATIONS

Epoxy.com Product #22 Pourable and Pumpable Epoxy Grout should not be used when ambient or surface temperature is below 40° F (4° C). Lower temperatures slow the set time and reduce its ability to flow. Friction from pumping can accelerate setting time.

CAUTION

"A" Component contains epoxy resin. DANGER! "B" Component contains alkaline amines; strong sensitizer. "C" Component contains silicon dioxide. Avoid breathing dust. Liquids may cause skin sensitization or other allergic responses. Use with good ventilation, particularly if material is heated or sprayed. Prevent all contact with skin or eyes. Wear protective clothing, goggles, gloves and/or barrier creams. Keep container closed when not in use. Wash thoroughly after handling.

FIRST AID

In case of skin contact, immediately wash with soap and water. In case of eye contact, flush eyes with copious amounts of water for at least fifteen (15) minutes. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. Wash clothing before reuse.
