Product #4240 is a rigid two component closed cell foam impervious to water and moisture. Product #4240 can be used where foam is needed to fill voids in concrete and timber materials. PRODUCT #4240 contains flame retardant and is considered Class B non-burning Foam when tested in accordance to ASTM E-84.

For best results, use EpoxySystems Urethane Injection Grout Hand Pump or Air Driven Plural Component Pump to pump Product #4240 into area where material is to be used. Pump through a static mixer at a 1A to 1B by volume ratio. Can be mixed by mechanical means and poured into void if it can be mixed and poured in less than 1 minute.

One (1) gallon of Product #4240 will produce six (6) to seven (7) gallons of material in an unconfined space.

Two (2) gallon units and ten (10) gallon units

Use in temperatures above 45ºF. Do not pour or pump into water.

"A" Component WARNING! . Avoid contact and breathing vapors especially if heated or sprayed. May be Harmful if inhaled. May cause skin irritation. Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid contact with eyes.

""B" Component WARNING! POLYMERIC ISOCYANATE. Harmful if inhaled. Causes skin irritation. May cause allergic respiratory reaction. Avoid breathing vapor or mist. Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid contact with skin or eyes. In case of contact, immediately wash skin with soap and water and flush eyes with water for at least fifteen (15) minutes.
