WHERE TO USE
SURFACE PREPARATION All surfaces to be repaired must be clean of dirt, grease and oil. For best results, remove contamination with abrasive blasting and non-flammable cleaner/degreaser, making sure all dust is removed.
MIXING For kilogram units, mix entire contents of activator with base. Mix thoroughly for a minimum of 3 minutes, to produce a streak-free mixture. If entire unit is not mixed at one time, measure accurately 4.5 volumes of base to 1 volume of activator and mix thoroughly. Scrape sides and bottom frequently to insure complete mixing.
APPLICATION Apply by brush or applicator. Material should be applied 15 mils thick each coat; minimum two (2) coats. Second coat, and subsequent coats, should be applied as soon as possible and certainly within twenty-four (24) hours; otherwise, brush-blasting will be necessary. Material can be heat cured for two (2) hours at 200 degrees F to achieve ultimate properties.
YIELD One (1) kg. kit will yield approximately 35 cu. in., 12 sq. ft. per 15 mils.PACKAGING Available in one (1) kg. units. LIMITATIONS Material should be used in 40degrees to 90 degrees F temperatures and less than 90% humidity.CAUTIONS "A" Component: Warning! Contains epoxy resin. May cause skin irritation or allergic response. Avoid contact with skin. Avoid breathing vapors when heated. In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water. In case of ingestion, do not induce vomiting. "B" Component: Warning! Danger! Causes severe burns. Contains alkaline amines-strong sensitizer. Avoid skin contact. Avoid breathing vapors when heated. Wear protective gloves, goggles and barrier creams. In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water. In case of ingestion, induce vomiting. Epoxy.com may in its discretion refund the price received by Epoxy.com in lieu of replacing the material. No customer, distributor, or representative of Epoxy.com is authorized to change or modify the published specifications of this warranty in any way. No one is authorized to make oral warranties on behalf of Epoxy.com. In order to obtain replacement or refund the customer must provide written notice containing full details of the non-conformity. Epoxy.com reserves the right to inspect the non-conforming material prior to replacement.
