EPOXYSYSTEMS PRODUCT #416 is a liquid applied, single-component, moisture cured, aliphatic polyurethane.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Composition: EPOXYSYSTEMS PRODUCT #416 is a moisture-cured, liquid applied, polyurethane, based on Aliphatic Isocyanates in combination with additives and pigments to produce a wear resistant, protective and decorative floor coating, for interior and exterior applications.

Basic Uses: EPOXYSYSTEMS PRODUCT #416 is primarily used as the protective topcoat of the EPOXYSYSTEMS PRODUCT #450 deck coating systems.

Limitations: Containers that have been opened must be used up within one or two days as EPOXYSYSTEMS PRODUCT #416 is a moisture-reactive material. All surfaces to be coated must be completely free of foreign matter and completely dry.

Colors: Available in 42 different colors, including Clear, Concrete Grey and Tan.

Standard Packaging: Available in 1 gallon cans and 5 gallon pails. 55 gallon drums are available upon request.

 

INSTALLATION

Application: EPOXYSYSTEMS PRODUCT #416 may be applied by all conventional means including spray equipment, rollers, and brushes. Refer to the appropriate data sheet of the desired system for the application rate of EPOXYSYSTEMS PRODUCT #416. A fine aggregate must be incorporated into the system to provide a slip resistant surface. Allow

48 hour final cure time before coating is exposed to normal traffic.

 

PRODUCT WARRANTY

All products proven to be defective in manufacture will be replaced at no charge. Since the use of these products is beyond our control we cannot accept damages in excess of the purchase price of these products.

MAINTENANCE

If EPOXYSYSTEMS PRODUCT #416 is damaged, it can be repaired by cleaning the surface with M.E.K. and recoating it with EPOXYSYSTEMS PRODUCT #416 system.
