Here is a quick list of our current product line that are - Non-Stocking Made to Order / Minimum Quantity Required  It is very important that when ordering Non-Stocking Made to Order materials, that you order enough material as reorders of these materials require the same minimum order. We regret that there can be no exceptions to this.  In as many cases a possible we also offer you an alternate material.  For a list of product that are available with smaller minimums please see www.epoxy.com/products.aspx. The products listed below require a minimum lead time of 2 working weeks to make them and to ship them.

* Product #3 Injection Resin 3.5:1- a proprietary low viscosity, high modulus, quick strength, epoxy-based binder developed for structurally rebonding cracks, delaminations and hollow planes in Portland cement concrete. Can also be used in certain types of wood injection. This Product is a special order product requiring a minimum quantity. *  Product #  415 Elastomeric Membrane    now called   Product #452 Polyurethane Membrane Standard Non-Stocking Made to Order / Minimum Quantity Required 45 gallons. For smaller quantities use Product #459.
* Product #416 Polyurethane Coating a moisture-cured, liquid applied, polyurethane, based on Aliphatic Isocyanides in combination with additives and pigments to produce a wear resistant, protective and decorative floor coating, for interior and exterior applications. It is primarily used as the protective topcoat of the  450 and 450X2  deck coating systems, but when used with the proper primer, can be used as a stand alone coating. Non-Stocking Made to Order / Minimum Quantity Required 35 gallons . For smaller quantities use Product #402
* Product #417 Elastomeric Waterproofing A black, liquid applied single-component moisture-cured polyurethane coating, designed to form a seamless, flexible rubber membrane impervious to moisture. CompositioA black, liquid applied single-component moisture-cured polyurethane coating, designed to form a seamless, flexible rubber membrane impervious to moisture. Composition: Polyurethane elastomer. A two-component system is available, which does not depend on atmosphere moisture to cure. Type I: For horizontal surfaces. Type II: For vertical surfaces. USES: allows expansion and contraction over a broad temperature range and maintains waterproofing properties under continuous exposure to water. Type II has a thixotropic consistency and may be used on vertical as well as horizontal surfaces. 417 remains flexible from -75°F to +175°F (-59°C to 79°C). Use as a waterproof membrane is intended for use wherever overflow water must be contained  . Non-Stocking Made to Order / Minimum Quantity Required 75 gallons. For smaller quantities use Product # 449.
* Product #418 Elastomeric Membrane,   a black, self-leveling, liquid applied, two-component polyurethane system, designed to form a tough rubber membrane impervious to moisture. Type I: For horizontal surfaces Type II: For vertical surfaces. Composition: Polyurethane elastomer. A two-component system, which does not depend on atmosphere moisture to cure. Basic Uses: Once cured, #418 allows expansion and contraction over a broad temperature range and maintains flexibility and waterproofing properties under continuous exposure to water above or below grade. PRODUCT #418 has a thixotropic consistency and may be used on vertical as well as horizontal surfaces. PRODUCT #418 remains flexible from -75° to 175°F. Non-Stocking Made to Order / Minimum Quantity Required 70 gallons For smaller quantities use Product # 449.
* Product #419 Waterproofing Membrane Black Waterproofing Industrial Strength is a black, liquid applied, two-component, high solids, chemical cured, polyurethane coating designed to form a tough rubber membrane impervious to moisture. Composition: Polyurethane elastomer. A two-component system which does not depend on atmospheric moisture to cure.  Basic Uses: Once cured,  #419 allows expansion and contraction over a broad temperature range and maintains flexibility and waterproofing properties under continuous exposure to water above or below grade. It has a thixotropic consistency and may be used on vertical as well as horizontal surfaces. The #419 waterproof membrane is intended for use on steel, wood, concrete, asphalt, tanks, ponds, roofs, foundations, etc. Non-Stocking Made to Order / Minimum Quantity Required 60 gallons smaller quantities use Product # 449.
* System #430  Elastomeric Multi-Colored Decking System is a l iquid-applied, single-component, moisture-cured, polyurethane deck covering system. For waterproofing patios, sundecks, stairways, balconies, etc.  Product #430  can be used on all decks where a skid-resistant, long-lasting, wear-resistant, water-proof surface is required. It may be used on new decks as well as on old concrete decks which are damaged, or cracked. The system is suitable for exterior as well as interior applications in all kinds of climates. The coating retains its elastomeric properties in below freezing weather as well as in very hot climates.  Non-Stocking Made to Order / Minimum Quantity Required approximately 900 SF
*  EpoxySystems’ PRODUCT #431   is a two component, flame retardant foam especially manufactured to provide a rigid foam with physical properties similar to that of timber or cement grouts, at a convenient one to one ratio, A to B, light black in color.  Product #431  will bond to wet, moist or dry surfaces, even to Plexiglas, with no shrinkage and ample pot life after mixing A & B components. * #450 Elastomeric Flooring system provides a waterproof, elastomeric, traffic bearing deck coating. It is a monolithic system that incorporates excellent adhesion, flexibility, impact, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance. Petroleum products or cooling tower water spillage have little or no effect on the coating. Physical stresses imposed by vibration of equipment will not cause delamination or rupture of the coating. The elastic properties of all system components enable the complete system to give and work with all but the most unusual movement of the floor or deck. * System  #450 Mechanical Room Flooring System - Liquid-applied, single-component, moisture-cured, polyurethane deck covering system. 450MR system provides a waterproof, elastomeric, traffic bearing deck coating. It is a monolithic system that incorporates excellent adhesion, flexibility, impact, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance. Physical stresses imposed by vibration of equipment will not cause delamination or rupture of the coating. The elastic properties of all system components enable the complete system to give and work with all but the most unusual movement of the floor or deck. * System  #450X2 Urethane Decking System double strength is an elastomeric coating system for walking decks, balconies, patios, etc., where an absolutely waterproof coating is crucial, such as above living quarters and any other occupied areas Non-Stocking Made to Order / Minimum Quantity Required approximately 1000 SF or use Epoxy.com System #485.
*  System #450HT- High Tensile Strength version of the 450 system for extra heavy duty applications, like vehicular traffic. Epoxy.com Product #450HT is a liquid-applied, single component, moisture-cured, seamless, slip resistant, polyurethane, waterproof deck coating.  Non-Stocking Made to Order / Minimum Quantity Required approximately 1000 SF
* Product #451 Aromatic Polyurethane Coating -  is an aromatic, liquid applied, single-component, moisture cured polyurethane floor coating for use in indoor applications such as industrial plants, mechanical rooms, and locations where surfaces must withstand pedestrian traffic Non-Stocking Made to Order / Minimum Quantity Required 40 gallons Use Product # for smaller quantities use Epoxy.com Product #402.
* Product #452 Polyurethane Membrane Standard is a liquid applied, single component, moisture-cured polyurethane. It is the major component of all EPOXYSYSTEMS’ PRODUCT #450 deck coating systems. Non-Stocking Made to Order / Minimum Quantity Required 45 gallons. For smaller quantities use Product #459
* Product #453 Elastomeric Mortar- is a sloping system using an elastomeric binder adhesive mixed with aggregate for sloping decks, based on polyurethane elastomers. Non-Stocking Made to Order / Minimum Quantity Required 40 gallons.
* Product #454 LVOC Polyurethane Membraneis a liquid-applied, single component, aromatic, moisture-cured polyurethane which will not blister or gas. It may be substituted for our Epoxy.com Product #452.The  Epoxy.com 454 LVOC Non-gassing Low VOC   waterproofing membrane used with the all Epoxy.com 430 and 450 Series systems.  Epoxy.com 454 LVOC Non-gassing  may be used to fill minor cracks in concrete, except for expansion joints where Epoxy.com Product #910 is recommended. * Product #458 2Component Urethane Coating is a liquid-applied, two-component, catalytic cured polyurethane floor and wall coating for use in air fields, industrial plants, stores, and other locations where surfaces must withstand heavy use of foot traffic. It provides a durable finish that protects floors against occasional chemical spillage, dirt, grease and oil. It gives industrial floors a well maintained look while retaining a glossy appearance. Dusting of concrete floors is eliminated when the surface is sealed with PRODUCT #458 and, as dirt and oils are prevented from penetrating the concrete, detergent and water easily clean the floor.  PRODUCT #458 in pigmented form may be used on floors to hide an unsightly appearance of the substrate or to provide a reflective, bright appearance that will lighten up a warehouse, highlighting work areas and traffic lanes. * Product #460 Polyurethane Membrane and Coatingi s a two component, aliphatic, 100% solids, Zero VOC, elastomeric, traffic coating system for walking deck surfaces. Concrete or Plywood substrates. For waterproofing walking decks, balconies plazas, parking decks, mechanical room floors, etc. Designed for pedestrian and vehicular traffic.. Non-Stocking Made to Order / Minimum Quantity Required 60 gallons.
*  Product #824 Concrete Stain and Coating is a one component, water-repellant concrete stain. EPOXYSYSTEMS’ PRODUCT #824 penetrates existing concrete and imparts color and uniformity the surface without affecting the natural texture. Standard colors are white and gray many other colors of concrete are available.  - Special Order Product.  Can be used only on certain projects.  Minimum quantities apply. * Product #826 Floor Curing Agent  - Minimum purchase of 20 each 55 gallon drums required.
*  Product #888  Epoxy Primer is a two-component, epoxy resin based concrete, metal, and wood primer for use with a wide variety of EpoxySystems’ Elastomeric systems. The primer may also be used with other polyurethane and epoxy systems, including joint sealants. Non-Stocking Made to Order / Must be ordered with a system of $2,500 or more. or use Product #899 Primer.
* Product #889 is a one component, moisture cured primer for concrete and wood surfaces.  Used to promote adhesion on deck coating systems and joint sealants to concrete and wood.Non-Stocking Made to Order / Must be order with a decking system of $2,500 or more. or use Product #899 Primer.
* Product #893 Water Based Epoxy Primer for Multi-Use System is a fast drying, two-component waterbased epoxy primer for use with our polyurethane based deck coating systems and joint sealants. The product has low odor and is non flammable.  Non-Stocking Made to Order / Must be order with a decking system of $2,500 or more. or use Product #899 Primer.
* Product #904 Color Pack for Product #916 Polymeric Joint Sealant Non-Stocking Made to Order / Must be order with  30 units or more of Product #916.
* Product #905 Polysulfide Caulk  - Superseded  by Product #900 (Gun Grade) or Product #901 (Pourable) which is available in quantities as small as 1.5 gallons.    Contact EpoxySystems' Tech Support for details.
* Product #910 Polyurethane Caulk - Single Component is a one-part, moisture-cured, self-leveling or gun-grade non-staining, polyurethane sealant which cures at ambient temperature to a firm, flexible tear-resistant rubber. It is highly resilient and has excellent recovery characteristics after extended periods of compression or elongation. Non-Stocking Made to Order / Must be order in quantities of  325 each 10.5 oz tubes or more, 200 each 20oz tubes or 125 each 30 oz tubes. or use Product #900 (Gun Grade) or Product #901 (Pourable) .
* Product #913  a two-part, self leveling or gun-grade, polysulfide sealant  , which effectively seals joints that are subject to structural or thermal movement, as well as non-moving joints, against infiltration of water and dirt. Non-Stocking Made to Order / Must be order in quantities of 18 units or more. or use Product #900 (Gun Grade) or Product #901 (Pourable) .
* Product #914 a two-part Polyurethane Sealant is a Two-component, cold applied, polyurethane based joint sealant, modified with bitumen. For sealing joints in airfield runways, parking aprons and other areas where joints may be subjected to fuel spillage. Non-Stocking Made to Order / Must be order in quantities of 36 units or more. or use Product #900 (Gun Grade) or Product #901 (Pourable) .
* Product #916 a two-component, low modulus, polyurea based joint sealant designed to tolerate significant joint movement, up to + 25%. Provides a flexible, durable, weather-tight seal for all types of building joints, such as expansion joints in masonry and metal curtain walls, perimeter joints of sashes, panels and doors, water reservoirs, etc. Non-Stocking Made to Order / Must be order in quantities of 30 units or more. or use Product #900 (Gun Grade) or Product #901 (Pourable) .
*  Product #917  Jet Fuel Resistant Polysulfide based   , coaltar modified joint sealant.   Basic Uses: For sealing joints on airfield runways, parking aprons and other areas where joints may be subject to fuel spillage and jet blast. Non-Stocking Made to Order / Must be order in quantities of 21 units or more. or use Product #900 (Gun Grade) or Product #901 (Pourable) .
* 930 Polyurea  Rapid Curing Joint Sealant  Non-Stocking Made to Order / Must be order in quantities of 70 units or more.
* Product #4240 is a rigid two component closed cell foam impervious to water and moisture. Product #4240 can be used where foam is needed to fill voids in concrete and timber materials. PRODUCT #4240 contains flame retardant and is considered Class B non-burning Foam when tested in accordance to ASTM E-84.  This is a special made to order product Requiring a minimum quantity.  Check with Epoxy.com Technical Support Department for the current minimum order.
