EpoxySystems' Product #715 Epoxy Delineator & Traffic Marker Adhesive DESCRIPTION PRODUCT #715 Delineator & Traffic Marker Adhesive is a 2-component, 1:1 ratio, 100% solids, moisture insensitive epoxy resin system manufactured to bond delineators and traffic markers to median barriers, parapets, and roadways. PRODUCT #715 will bond to steel, concrete, and asphalt. PRODUCT #715 exceeds the requirements of AASHTO 237, Type 1 and the cured performance requirements of ASTM C881-87 Type I and IV, Grade 3, Class A, B & C.ADVANTAGES PRODUCT #715 is in a convenient 1:1 ratio, for easy mixing and proportioning. One part of EpoxySystems' Product #75 Filler may be added by volume for economy, when setting roadway traffic markers.PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
. * Gel Time and Bond Strength results comply with AASHTO M237 Type I. PACKAGING PRODUCT #715 is available in 2 gallon and 10 gallon units.COVERAGE When used neat, a 2-gallon unit of PRODUCT #715 will cover approximately 100 square feet at a 30 mil thickness. When used as a mortar, a 2-gallon unit of PRODUCT #715 mixed with 2 gallons by volume of EpoxySystems’ Product #75 Filler will yield approximately 700 cubic inches of mortar. SURFACE PREPARATION For best results, areas to receive PRODUCT #715 should be free of laitance, grease, oil, and any other contaminants, which would inhibit bond. Sandblasting, waterblasting, or wire-brushing for surface preparation are recommended MIXING Mix PRODUCT #715 for approximately 3 minutes in a clean pail, using a slow speed drill and an EpoxySystems’ -Mixing Paddle. To obtain a mortar, add #75 Filler slowly while continuing to mix. PRODUCT #715 may be mixed with automatic dispensing equipment through a static mixer. LIMITATIONS PRODUCT #715 should not be used when surface temperatures are below 35oF.CAUTION: "A" Component contains epoxy resin. DANGER! "B" Component contains alkaline amines; strong sensitizer. May cause skin sensitization or other allergic responses. Use with good ventilation, particularly if material is heated or sprayed. Prevent all contact with skin or eyes. Wear protective clothing, goggles, gloves and/or barrier creams. Keep container closed when not in use. Wash thoroughly after handling.FIRST AID: In case of skin contact, immediately wash with soap and water. in case of eye contact, flush eyes with copious amounts of water for at least fifteen (15) minutes. Remove contaminated clothing shoes. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. Wash clothing before reuse.

Epoxy Systems™ Product Company ("ESI") warrants its products (when properly stored) for the period of time as follows: Epoxies, Product #315, Product #315BC, and Product #316 one (1) year; Polyesters, Methyl Methacrylates (normal) two (2) months and Polyurethanes Four (4) months; Power Tools and Equipment 90 days; Vinyl Esters, High Molecular Weight Methacrylates (HMMA) and all other resins (not specifically mentioned above) 30 days; hand tools (non-power tools) 30 days. ESI warrants that its products will be free of manufacturing defects and will be in conformity with published specifications when handled, stored, mixed and applied in accordance with recommendations of ESI. If any product fails to meet this warranty, the liability of ESI will be limited to replacement of any non-conforming material if notice of such non-conformity is given to ESI within the warranty period for the material (as indicated above), or within 1 year of the delivery of materials (whichever is sooner). ESI may in its discretion refund the price received by ESI in lieu of replacing the material. No customer, distributor, or representative of ESI is authorized to change or modify the published specifications of this warranty in any way. No one is authorized to make oral warranties on behalf of ESI. In order to obtain replacement or refund the customer must provide written notice containing full details of the non-conformity. ESI reserves the right to inspect the non-conforming material prior to replacement. EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE. ESI'S OBLIGATION SHALL NOT EXTEND BEYOND THE OBLIGATIONS EXPRESSLY UNDERTAKEN ABOVE AND ESI SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY TO THE PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOSS, COST, EXPENSE, DAMAGE OR LIABILITY, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, OR FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Unless authorized in writing by Epoxy Systems, Inc. in writing before the material is made, there are no returns on items purchased from us, once the order has been processed, and the material made. In the event of authorized returns a restocking charge will be charged in the amount of 30% of the value of the material returned or $150 whichever is greater. No returns on non-list priced items. All Returns are for merchandise (store) credit only, no cash or credit card credits. In the event of a return, buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping and handling in both directions.
