Epoxy.com Elastomeric Joint Sealant and Caulking

 

* Product #10 Lo-Mod Adhesive-  is a useful tool for rebuilding a damaged substrate, where an elastomeric system will be installed over it.  Epoxy.com Product #10 is a 100% solids Lo-Mod (semi-flexible) Low Viscosity (very thin) adhesive used as a binder for epoxy mortar systems in patching and grouting applications, as a seal coat for non-skid surfaces outside, and as a primer to insure high bond strength for coatings and patches.  
* Product #11 Epoxy Joint Filler - is not as elastomeric as Product #900 and Product 901, but it is useful where you need something semi-flexible, but need it to hold up to heavy weight.  Epoxy.com Product #11 is a 100% solids flexible epoxy joint filler for saw-cut joints of concrete slabs on grade, or to repair existing slabs.  Product #11 absorbs the impact and shock of heavy loads and steel wheeled traffic, preventing erosion of control joint edges.
* Product #900 Polymeric Caulking- Gun Grade is a 2 part chemically cured elastomers. They provide a flexible and watertight seal between concrete, masonry, metals, glass, wood, and other construction materials.  Product #900  (Gun Grade)/  Product #901  (Pourable) are mixed just prior to application. Color is light gray. (Other colors are available on special order.)
* Product #901 Polymeric Joint Sealant - Pourable Grade is a 2 part chemically cured elastomers. They provide a flexible and watertight seal between concrete, masonry, metals, glass, wood, and other construction materials.  Product #900  (Gun Grade)/  Product #901  (Pourable) are mixed just prior to application. Color is light gray. (Other colors are available on special order.)

* 930 Polyurea  Rapid Curing Joint Sealant See Products Requiring Minimum Orders Page or use Product #940
*  Product #940 Fast Setting Polyurea Sealant  -  is a two component gun applied polyurea. It cures in minutes to provide a tough chemical and abrasion resistant sealant. This reaction is very fast, with typical working times of less than 5 minutes. Two-component guns with static mixing heads are efficient means of mixing and applying  PRODUCT #950 . It is recommended for use in warehouse floor joints or other joints where ordinary joint sealers fail under heavy forces from forklift loading.  PRODUCT #940  is highly recommended for use in joints in Detention Centers due to its high hardness.
* Product #954 Joint Sealant is a two component extended polyurethane elastomer self-leveling joint sealant for joints in concrete, asphalt, or metal. When poured into a horizontal joint, Epoxy.com Product #954 is an excellent elastomeric joint sealer with "great memory". Epoxy.com Product #954 is also available for machine mixing.
* Product #964 Polymeric Joint Sealant is a two-component chemically cured polysulfide sealant that provides excellent resistance to bioactivity and the harsh conditions encountered in wastewater treatment plants. Epoxy.com Product #964 Polymeric Joint Sealant cures to a flexible rubber that provides a watertight seal between concrete, masonry, metals, glass, wood, and other construction materials. Epoxy.com Product #964 is available in self-leveling.  Use Product #965 for a non-sag consistency.
* Product #965 Polymeric Joint Sealant is a two-component chemically cured polysulfide sealant that provides excellent resistance to bioactivity and the harsh conditions encountered in wastewater treatment plants. Epoxy.com Product #965 Polymeric Joint Sealant cures to a flexible rubber that provides a watertight seal between concrete, masonry, metals, glass, wood, and other construction materials. Epoxy.com Product #965 is has a non-sag consistency. For a pourable consistency use Product #964.

Primers

* 810 Primer for Polyurea  is a two-component, clear, VOC compliant floor coating. PRODUCT #810 is fast drying and will cure in temperatures as low as 35°F. Its convenient 2A:1B mixing ratio, no induction time and long pot life simplify mixing and application. PRODUCT #810 protects by penetrating concrete or wood and has excellent adhesion to damp concrete, it is an excellent concrete primer.
* Product #830 is a two component modified epoxy system designed to seal concrete and reduce moisture vapor transmission prior to applying finished flooring. Epoxy.com Product #830 has proven to reduce moisture vapor emissions and be resistant to damage from high alkalinity. Epoxy.com Product #830 is an environmentally friendly material containing no hydrocarbons or other solvents making it zero (0) VOC.
* Product #844 Concrete Membrane Deck Primer is a 100% solids, two (2) component polyurethane primer. This thin film primer promotes long term wear and superior adhesion of the Product #409 Resilient Traffic Bearing Membrane. The Product #844 penetrates and seals the surface to allow for a smoother, pinhole free application.

This thin film primer promotes long term wear and superior adhesion of the Epoxy.com Product #409 Traffic Bearing Membrane Resilient Traffic Bearing Membrane. The Epoxy.com Product #882 Concrete Primer penetrates and seals the surface to allow for a smoother, pinhole free application.

If any product fails to meet this warranty, the liability of ESI will be limited to replacement of any non-conforming material if notice of such non-conformity is given to ESI within the warranty period for the material (as indicated above), or within 1 year of the delivery of materials (whichever is sooner). ESI may in its discretion refund the price received by ESI in lieu of replacing the material. No customer, distributor, or representative of ESI is authorized to change or modify the published specifications of this warranty in any way. No one is authorized to make oral warranties on behalf of ESI. In order to obtain replacement or refund the customer must provide written notice containing full details of the non-conformity. ESI reserves the right to inspect the non-conforming material prior to replacement. EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE. Many of our products are made on an individual order basis.   Unless authorized in writing by Epoxy Systems, Inc. in writing before the material is made, there are no returns on items purchased from us, once the order has been processed, and the material made. In the event of authorized returns a restocking charge will be charged in the amount of 30% of the value of the material returned or $150 whichever is greater.  No returns on non-list priced items.  All Returns are for merchandise (store) credit only, no cash or credit card credits.  In the event of a return, buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping and handling in both directions.
